Meet Your Notary

Hi, I'm Priscilla

I built Ramsey Signature Services to make notarization feel less like a chore and more like a conversation — warm, clear, and handled with care. Whether we meet in your living room or over a screen, you’ll get the same calm, professional energy every time.

Based in Loudoun County and serving all of Northern Virginia, I’m here when you need documents signed, printed, and sealed without the stress.

How It Works

Your appointment, step by step

  1. 01
    Book

Choose a date and time online, or call. You'll get a confirmation with every detail.

  2. 02
    Reserve

A small deposit through Square holds your slot. Travel fees are shown before you pay.

  3. 03
    Meet

I come to your home, office, hospital, or care facility — or we meet in a secure RON session.

  4. 04
    Prepare for notarization

Before notarization, I'll confirm the document is ready for the process and that the required areas are appropriately completed, then check your government-issued photo ID. I can't provide legal advice, interpret documents, or advise how a document should be completed.

  5. 05
    Sign & notarize

You sign in my presence, and I complete the notarial certificate and seal.

  6. 06
    Pay & receipt

I send a Square link for the balance, plus your documents and a digital receipt.

Pricing depends on the service type, number of signatures, travel distance, and urgency. Virginia notarial acts have a state-maximum fee, and travel or convenience fees are quoted upfront. Use the estimate tool for an exact total before booking.

Absolutely. I understand that medical and elder-care notarizations often can't wait. I'm experienced with hospital, rehab, and assisted-living appointments and will work with staff and visiting hours to make the process smooth.

Yes. Saturday appointments are available, and Sunday sessions can be arranged by special request for urgent or time-sensitive documents. Evening appointments are also offered during the week.

Most standard notarizations take 10 to 20 minutes once we begin. RON sessions typically run 20 to 40 minutes depending on the document package. I'll give you a realistic time estimate when you book.

Deposits are paid securely through Square at booking. The remaining balance can also be paid via Square invoice using any major credit or debit card. Cash and check may be accepted for in-person appointments by prior arrangement.
